We have a small chapel that holds 40 people for those who want a small, intimate wedding in a formal environment.
Our well-appointed air-conditioned dining room has the capacity for up to 100 guests. Because the centre is registered with the Cairns Diocese, Catholic weddings are recognised by the church.
Our beautiful grounds are the perfect place to host your event, surrounded by World Heritage listed rainforest. The lawns have capacity for up to 500 guests to celebrate your special day with you. Under the stars, with string lights, lush grass and cool night breezes, or in a marquee with flooring and staging. Formal or informal, our tropical gardens really are a magical setting.

We have established partnerships with professional chefs and caterers, who take enormous pleasure in ensuring our wedding menus suit all dietary requirements and budgets. Choose from a large range of appetising menu options or work closely with our team to create your own uniquely delicious menu.
Perfectly suited for the bridge and groom, our Queen rooms have ensuites and a separate lounge area, and are a quiet haven after a day of celebration.
Single and twin rooms are ideal for your wedding party, family members and guests to stay on site after the celebrations.
Seville Mercy Centre facilities are wheelchair accessible, including the rainforest walk. We have a lift to the first floor meeting rooms and accommodation, and accessible toilets.
Situated just 10 kilometres from the airport and the CBD, our rainforest setting and expansive lawns are an oasis of peace. We also have ample, free parking on site for all guests.
Surrounded by eight hectares of lush rainforest and manicured gardens, the relaxed, tranquil ambience of the centre is appreciable on arrival. The rainforest walk meanders alongside the creek, with benches that invite you to sit awhile, in harmony with nature.
We offer a huge range of dining options for our guests; from casual to formal, buffet to plated, breakfast to dinner. Our menu is the starting point, your event is the focal point.
As a Sustainable Tourism certified centre, we cherish our natural environment, which is why we promote energy-efficient practices, use eco-friendly cleaning agents and natural herbicides, reduce waste by recycling and composting, and avoid single use plastics.
With two Queen suites, one King Single suite and multiple single, twin or multiple share rooms, we can accommodate small or large groups for all occasions.
We have state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, Wi-Fi, and high-speed NBN internet connection to ensure you have the technology you need to run your event professionally.
